Titanium ‘‘Recond’’ covers:

• 1. Total loss settlement of agreed value

  In case of total loss, we will settle your claim as per Agreed value (purchase value) and we will pay the total loss.

• 2. Claims excess waiver

  You will have no excess to pay for the first claim in the first year of insurance provided your car was being driven by you or in your custody at the time of the loss or damage.

• 3. Car replacement (Loss of Use)

  We will provide you with a courtesy vehicle of the same engine capacity following damage caused to the vehicle.

• 4. Personal belongings cover

  We will pay for loss of or damage to your personal belongings while in your car as a result of an accident, fire or theft.

• 5. No excess on windscreen and window damage

  We will pay for replacement or repair of the glass in your vehicle's windscreen, sunroof or window if it is damaged with NO EXCESS applicable.

• 6. Misfuelling

  We will pay for damages caused to your vehicle due to misfuelling. (validity 1 year).

• 7. Emergency roadside accident (ERA)

  The ERA cover offers you a free towing facility in case of breakdown or accident.

• 8. Natural disasters cover

  Your vehicle will be protected against unforeseen events such as Cyclone, Flood, Storm, Tidal waves, Tsunami, Volcanic Eruption, Earthquake and Lightning, in addition to Landslide.

• 9. Riot & Strike cover

  We will cover your vehicle in case of Riot, Strike or Malicious Act in addition to theft and burglary, Fire, Accidental collision and lock outs.

• 10. Free legal assistance

  We will pay all your costs via LEGAL ASSISTANCE in case you will need one for your claim dispute. We will pay all legal fees on your behalf including MVIAC fees.

• 11. Passenger and driver cover

  In case any of the passengers or the insured driver are subject to bodily injury, permanent disablement or death in an accident, the liability will be up to Rs300,000 per seat and medical expenses up to Rs 25,000.

• 12. Loss of driving ability

  If you are permanently unfit to drive for medical reasons following a road accident, we will pay you the amount of Rs 5000.

• 13. Extra freight expenses

  We will pay the extra freight expenses incurred in ordering spare parts unavailable on the local market.

• 14. Counseling victims

  If any person being carried in your car suffers emotional stress of psychological trauma as a set result of an accident involving serious injury or death of an occupant of your car, we will pay for the cost of any professional counseling recommended by a qualified medical practitioner.

• 15. Funeral expenses

  We will pay for funeral expenses following fatal injuries to you or your spouse resulting from an accident involving your car.
