1. CLAIM EXCESS WAIVER

You will have no excess to pay for the first two claims in the first 3 years of insurance, provided your car was being driven by you, or in your custody, at the time of the loss or damage.
2. NEW CAR REPLACEMENT

If your car is less than one year old and is declared a total loss following a claim under this policy, we will replace it with a new car of the same make, model, and specifications. The replacement value will not exceed 110% of the sum insured.
3. Courtesy Vehicle / Contract Car Rental

We will provide you with a courtesy vehicle following loss or damage to your car, starting from the date it becomes immobilised or from the date repairs begin.
4. Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA)

Though brand new vehicles come with at least a one-year warranty and usually benefit from free towing in case of a breakdown provided by the car dealer, you will also be covered under our ERA service. The ERA cover offers you free towing in case of breakdown or accident.
5. Loss of Driving Ability

If you are permanently unfit to drive for medical reasons following a road accident, we will pay you Rs 5,000/-.
6. Windscreen and Window Damage

We will pay for broken or damaged windscreen, window, or sunroof glass of your car, up to Rs 15,000/- for any one incident, subject to an excess of Rs 1,500/-.

7. Personal Belongings

We will pay for loss of or damage to your personal belongings while in your car as a result of an accident, fire, or theft, up to Rs 5,000/-.
8. Loss of Car Keys and Lock

In the event the keys or lock transmitters of your car are lost or stolen, we will pay for the cost of recoding such locks, immobiliser keys, and alarms or their replacement, up to Rs 15,000/- per incident, subject to an excess of Rs 5,000/-.
9. Extra Freight Expenses

We will pay the extra freight expenses incurred in ordering spare parts unavailable on the local market, up to Rs 15,000/-.
10. Counseling Victims

If any person being carried in your car suffers emotional stress or psychological trauma as a result of an accident involving serious injury or death of an occupant of your car, we will pay for the cost of any professional counseling recommended by a qualified medical practitioner, up to Rs 5,000/- per person per occurrence.
11. Funeral Expenses

We will pay for funeral expenses not exceeding Rs 30,000/- following fatal injuries to you or your spouse resulting from an accident involving your car.
12. Vehicle Modification Costs

If you or a member of your family sustains a disability following a road accident involving your car, we will pay up to Rs 50,000/- towards the cost of necessary and relevant modifications to your car.
13. Extensions

Car Occupants (Passenger and Driver); Riot, Strikes, Lock-outs; Cyclone, Tempest, Flood.
