Bodily Injury Compensation for Third Party up to Rs. 500,000,000

Covers Death or Bodily Injury claim from any third-party up to five hundred million rupees (MUR. 500,000,000) in respect of any one claim or series of claims arising out of one event.

Material Damage Compensation for Third Party up to Rs. 50,000,000

Covers damage caused to a third-party’s property up to fifty million rupees (MUR. 50,000,000) in respect of any one claim or series of claims arising out of one event.

Car Occupants Cover

Coverage against (i) bodily injury, (ii)permanent disability or (iii) death of passengers or the insured driver in case of an accident. Liability shall be up to Rs. 200,000 per seat for (ii) and (iii) and up to Rs. 25,000 for medical expenses arising of (i).

Breakdown Assistance (Towing)

Get up to 5 free towing assistance in case of mechanical/electrical breakdown and accident where your vehicle has been immobilised.

Motor Surveyor

The Company shall appoint a motor surveyor free of charge in case of Third-Party dispute or police case. The report will be made available to you so that you may commence repairs.

MVIAC Referral

Free referral to the Motor Vehicle Insurance Arbitration Committee (MVIAC) upon evaluation by the claims department and a favourable prospect of outcome.

Police Report Tracer

The Company shall appoint a report tracer to retrieve the police report in case of an accident which has been reported to the police.
